Embodiment. It means a lot of things depending on who you ask. For me, it's simple: Em - bodiment: Being in conscious connection to all parts of self (most notably, those parts of self that have been consciously cut off in your body). To understand this, you have to understand that hundreds (and even thousands) of years of colonialization have embedded these ways of being where we are actively taught to keep our attention outward. Don't pay attention to body. That's weakness. That's sin. Turns out, it was this very message that was destroying not just the livelihood of our own selves, but the well-being of this Earth, as well. We have our work cut out for ourselves. If we want to breathe life back into this Planet, regenerating our forests and oceans just as we regenerate the very wellspring within our own minds, hearts, and souls. - People think embodiment is just about feeling better in your body. But that's just not it.I mean, yes, of course I want you to feel better in your body, and I have so many tools and techniques to help you do that! But embodiment is really so much more. Really, embodiment is about feeling more alive in your body. Sometimes, this means experiencing pure joy! Other times, that means feeling pain. We have to be able to experience the full spectrum. Because once we can feel, then we can discern and act with the skill that is needed in these big moments. The Embodied Path is here to teach you this, doing so with concrete practices that will allow you to experience the transformation you are ready for. Hi there, We are in a powerful week! With the New Moon in Virgo coming up on Thursday, September 10th, we are steeping in that grounded sort of magic that I just love (and that we are all here for, yes?). It's like, can we be realistic? I mean, seriously... can we stop all the bullshit stories that have us drifting in the realm of the airy fairy, and can we be present in this world in a way that is needed? Can we take action where it matters? Can we do so without all the excuses that delay...

Hi there, How are we all doing? Hanging in there? Paying attention? Doing your best not to get pulled down in the dark series of atrocities that is current reality? Over here, I find life to be a constant tug-of-war: What do I pay attention to? What actually needs my attention? But also, when do I need to give myself space from it all? Because, between trying to make enough money to survive in a world that is getting more and more expensive, I am also basking in some of life's greatest of...
